Well, as you can tell from my blog, the St. George Marathon has come and gone. That makes 4 marathons for me and an improved time from the Salt Lake earlier this year. With a time of 4:03, I feel pretty good about it and hope to drop some more time on the next one. My Mom had quite a bit of pain during the run, but still ran strong and only added about 9 minutes from her Salt Lake time. As for my recovery...4 days later I am able to walk up stairs with little pain, but I'm taking a week or so from running.
