I was really happy about my run. I had started with a 3:40 pace group and managed to stay with them for about 20 miles. For some reason, my legs got so tight and on the verge of cramping I was forced to slow it down. The last 5 miles I added some time but I was still happy that I had a personal best and came in at sub-4 hours. Speaking of good times...I got to give a shout out to my Mom who had a personal best as well and completed in 4:39!!!

WOW! Congratulations..someday I hope to be able to run for 4 hours...heck I would take an hour.
Kelly, Congratulations. That is so awesome. And your time is incredible. I'm hoping to run the Triple Crown here next April, but who knows. Are you guys having a boy or girl?
