The most recent Jeep project was for a blend door problem. And for those that own a Jeep Grand Cherokee years '99-'04, if you don't already know what I am talking about--you will. this problem is very common on these models. Jeep finally issued a safety bulletin and fixed it for the new Jeeps, but that doesn't do me any good.
Let me explain this issue as simple as possible and if anyone is dying to know the details I can tell you. To sum it up it means no heat on the passenger side. Now this is a real problem when temps drop and my wife is sitting in that seat. I knew that I would have to address this before the baby came. luckily for me, my brother Bryan is a genius when it comes to cars and even more of Jeeps and helped me tackle this. At this point I will let the pictures do all the talking. Let me just say that it took 12 hours, and about $170 bucks, and now I have heat. It was definitely worth it versus paying the dealer $1400!

The last picture is proof I put it all back together!
